cooler lines

cooler lines
Ok so here goes...
From searching the message boards I have found that the on the radiator the lines are routed as such:
Lower: inlet (hot)
Upper: outlet (cold)
now I don't know if possibly the lines cross on their way from the tranny to the radiator but to make sure which holes on the tranny are the inlets/outlets?
Upper: (hot/cold?)
Lower: (hot/cold?)
