header clearence on t-5 conversion

header clearence on t-5 conversion
I have hooker shorties on my 87 Z-28, it has a stock 700-r4. Will my headers/collectors from the auto work with a stock t-5 trans/bellhousing? Any other clearence issues?

I think the shorties should work but the long tubes wouldn't clear. I don't have that combination so I can't say for sure.
