Clutchless shifting good or bad (WC T-5)

just wondering if its bad or good or like a 50/50 thing
now i am talking just NORMAL street driving

this is actually Andy(RedhottLB9)

under normal driving conditions,clutchless shifting isnt a bad thing,in fact its good for your clutch(less wear)....as long as you odnt grind going itno gear,youre more than ok...i even clutchless shift when im getitn on it(but not racing,not with shot synchros)
and i have no prob....
as long as you alsodont fail to use the clutch going into 1st,lol,j/k
that could hurt ....
