Axle/Gears: 9 bolt 3.70s
Odd thing happened last evening, the tranny did not
want to go into Park. When I pull the car into the garage, and came to a stop, I had a lot of resistance to putting the gear shifter into Park from Drive in my 700R4. What would cause this?

Something could be in your center console blocking the shifter. Cable could be kinked. But I don't see how that could happen all of a sudden unless you did some work on the car around that area.

I did not work in that area for a long time. I dont remember how to look into this matter from the top side. How do I remove the console from inside the car? I should also look under the car.
