really wanna go manual...persuade or help me here :/

I really want to get a t5 and learn it instead of my 700r4.

i think it would be fun to drive around the manual. my car dont feel really sporty with an automatic.

how much am i looking to spend for a whole t5 setup?

should i do this or should i stick to my automatic and put a shifter and shift kit on it?

HELP please!

I've grown tired of my automatic, too. I plan on spending about $500-600 on the swap. I got the tranny and flywheel for $120 from the junkyard.
Flywheel resurfacing: $30
CLutch: $150
Hydraulic assembly:$75
Pedals:$20 (junkyard)
Mount: $20
Clutch fork: $20
Blah blah, bunch of miscellaneous stuff.

Definitely go with the standard. I can't stand driving an auto car (I never learned how ). If you think you want a 5 speed, YOU DO. You won't regret it once it's up and running right!

I really would like to go T56 but the problem I'm having is not having enough room to shift (I'm 6'3"). Maybe I'll get some more room by switching out my steering wheel and installing carrera seats.
