If I ever wanted to manually shift it'd be a whole h*ll of a lot easier with a reverse shift pattern, however I do not want full manual control... I want the tranny to shift it's self...

Is there anything out there that will give me that?

None that I am aware of but you should know that the whole reverse pattern thing started in the dark ages when shifter were not very reliable. Not a problem today.
