I'm not familiar with that particular fluid, but I would assume it is a hydraulic-type without friction modifiers. I would also assume it is petroleum-based rather than synthetic.
Since your topic didn't limit the discussion to that fluid, I'll say I'm using AMSOIL Supershift ATF in my '57, which I know does not have friction modifiers. The shifts are very, very firm, and would probably be close to harse on the street if I didn't have a couple of quarts of normal ATF in it with the modifiers. Because it is synthetic, it reduces gear & bearing friction vs. petroleum-based fluids, keeping heat production down, is better able to withstand heat that is generated, and has stayed clear throughout this racing season. It isn't recommended for street use because of the harse shifting that can result. But, it's a great racing fluid.

It works very well in high load (extreme duty) applications. It is very similar to my Pro-Fluid. It will not hurt anything. It does have friction modifiers and should work very well for you!

I'm glad other people have heard or are using it,I just wasn't sure if what I read was true. Here is what I've heard
Mobil Mobilefluid 424 Hi Torque tractor fluid
This fluid is designed for Catapilar and John Deer equiptment and has a hi sheer film strength so it provides better protection and lubrication for your hard parts(bearings, bushings, and planets).Hi film strength helps the clutches hold heavy loads at higher temperatures without breaking the oil film.It also has a higher viscosity and flash point than regular transmission fluid. This helps the fluid stay stable at much higher temperatures and dissapates heat easier. The biggest advantage is that this fluid will not burn like Dextron or Type F under high temperatures encountered during trans brake launches and building boost at the line.No modifications are required and it will not change your shift points.
So it looks like thats what I'm going with.
Thanks,
Steve
