First thing to do is measure the tranny you have in the car now and measure the TH350. If they're the same then you can use the driveshaft. Then your gonna need a troque arm adapter from Summit for that tranny. I have a TH350 in my car and was able to use the same drive shaft. It's also the long shaft. It's about 32" +/- an 1/8th or so. If you have a 700r4 in it now, you'll probably need to get a longer driveline. Just go to the boneyards. They're laying around all over the place.

Nope. Unless you get a new output shaft for the tranny. Just get a driveline at the junkyard. I just did a motor swap into a Ford Galaxie 500. Took the motor and tranny out of a 1980 Granada and the tranny was quite shorter. Bought 2 drivelines at the junk yard for $25. (Didn't want to make 2 trips in case it was wrong on the length) and one fit. Piece of cake.

From what I can understand from your message you currently have a 700R4 and want to convert to a TH350.
A short tail shaft TH350, 6" tailshaft, needs a driveshaft from a 82-83 f-body that came with a 200c tranny.
If you use a long tail shaft TH350, 9" tailshaft, the 700R4 driveshaft is a direct fit.

Ok
Gm only had 1 th200c for all camaros and firebirds. The tailshaft is not removable. The drive shaft from your 200 is adirect swap for a gm Th350. I am under the impression you have already swapped a th700 in to the car. So you have found a drive shaft that fits and its not the 200 one. The 200 to 350 swap is simple remove 200 drive shaft, remove tranny, replace tranny with th350, then reuse 200's driveshaft.
I hope I answered you ?'s
