can somebody help me get speedo working

well my problem is that i need to know how to get my speedo to work correctly with the setup that i have now.

t-56 tranny, 3.73 gears, and p275 tires in the back.

i have an 87 z28 with a mechanical speedo, i've heard that i need something that converts the t-56's vss signal into a mechanical one or somethig. please please please somebody help me get the parts i need. i want to have my camaro back so i can drive it. thanks in advance

thank you very much sir.

do you know what the factory t-56 (reverse lockout, back up lights)plugs looked like? what color wires? and #'s on them?

also, where are those located on the t-56?

The reverse lockout solenoid is on the passenger's side by the shifter. The reverse lights is up near the front on that side.

The speedo is on the driver's side under the shifter.

I dont know the wire colors.
