M/E Ford 9" - Is it 3rd gen or 4th gen size?

I will be getting a M/E Ford 9" rear end from Spohn in a while.....just wondering if it is the 3rd gen size (requiring spacers for 4th gen rims) or is it the 4th gen size (not requiring spacers for 4th gen rims) On the site...it has no specification for 3rd gen or 4th gen...so im guessing its the 4th gen size since it says its on the 82-92 Fbody page...but has option menus for 1996-2001 ABS brakes.

guido has one in his car and he has spacers with 4th gen wheels. better to call moser and ask for sure but i'd say it's a thirdgen size.

You can get it either size. If you have a 82-92 but you want the 93+ length so you don't need wheel spacers, just specify that when you order.
