Under hard acceleration (3/4 to full throttle) the 2-3 shift in my 92 RS seems to be a bit out of wack. When shifting, the RPMs jump about 800-1000rpms in between shifts.

- Trans has a 2400 stall B&M converter and B&M shift kit.
- It is a higher mileage trans.

Any thoughts/ideas?

 

Sounds like you have the normal 2-3 700r4 slip. 3-4 shifts will be next..Take it easy or you will need to replace it very soon.
