Swappin my axle for a posi with disk brakes

I just scored a posi rear axle with 327 gears and disk brakes from an 89 iroc-z.

2 questions for the experts:

1. Four wheel disc optioned (J65) IROC-Z's rear brakes were increased in size from 10.5 inch rotors to 11.65 inch rotors with PBR Australian built aluminum calipers and more reliable parking brake actuators. How tough are the calipers to find or what can i replace them with and will my crappy 15" standard z28 wheels fit over those calipers? (I want to put original 85 IROC wheels on it but i have yet to find a set i would be willing to pay money for)

2. What else is required for the disk brake swap? is it just as easy as unhooking the brakelines from the drums and hooking up the disk brake calipers?

Thanks in advance for any advice. Ill be tackling this swap this weekend with a little luck.

1) Most automotive parts stores will have or can order PBR's. Since some latter year IROC's were equipped with 15" wheels, I'd guess fitment isn't an issue.

2) You'll need e-brake cables and a disc brake proportioning (combination) valve for best brake performance. Check the following site for the latter:

The line at the t-block is the only line you'll have to worry about, IIRC--that's assuming the new rear has lines and calipers in place.
