I see you have a few converters of different diameters in about 2500 stall. What would be the advantage of say using a 2500 stall 10" as opposed to a 2500 stall 12" converter?

Torque multiplication is about 2.2-2.5 to 1 on the 9.5"-10" TC's. On the 12" it is about 1.5-1.7 to 1. If you could drive them side by side then you would see/feel the difference immediately. The 12" would feel very slippery/sluggish (it would act more like a fluid coupling) and would take more throttle (more heat) to get it to move. On the other hand the 9.5"-10" would feel very "responsive". On my website www.pro-built.net you will notice that I do not recommend the 12" as stated above. In the past I did recommend them, as the 9.5"-10" were fairly new.
