Just repleces clutcha nd pedal feels very soft. Should it?

I just replaced an old clutch with the Dynapak/Fenco OE replacement and the pedal is very soft compared with the old one. I hate it. It seems like I am driving a Firefly.

Question:

1. Is it the pressure plate, new bearings,
master or slave cylinder that control the
feel of the clutch pedal.

Any suggestiond would be appreciated.
