TV valve hang-up

What part of the Transgo Reprogramming kit is supposed to fix the hanging TV valve error in the 700r4? I need to make sure i did it when i installed the kit because my car is still exhibiting the symptoms.

I also took out the big check ball that is supposed to be the TV auto configure thingy.

Trans Go uses a new TV valve with a spring in the end of it, and a spacer that goes inside the TV spring.

Yeah, you get a valve that is black except for the lands, and it goes all the way back in the bushing at the bottom of the hole, and a red spring, and a metal "spacer" that says Shift Kit® on it.
