Transmission: 200C 3 Speed
Axle/Gears: 2.93 Open Diff

Looking for answer for my dad.
1984 LG4, THM700R4. In D at WOT will shift about 5100 into 2nd, and shifts at 4000 into 3rd. Just woundering why the shift is so early into 3rd at WOT. Possible Govenor springs gone weak?
