tranny prob

i just spent 2 days installing a transgo sift kit, Mega Valve and a billet servo. this is the first time i have really delt with transmission before but i thought everything went pretty smooth.i just finished it last night(saturday) and it feels very strange.first off, the shift aren't even that much harder and when ever i give it gas it revs up before it goes into a gear.whenever i put it in reverse this very strange vibration come from the rear end and when ever it shift i here i clunking noise. i dunno if maybe it just has to wear in or i have some worn u joints or what?

There was some mistake made on install. Do not continue to drive the car until fixed. I would not recommend that big Servo either but that is your choice now.

i just took down my pan again and saw that my check ***** were out of place. i put them back into place and it made a world of difference. it shifts much harder now and feel just like it should except for the fact that my 2nd gear now does not work. if i down shift from drive into it, its like shift it into nuetral. if i am shifting up to it from first it does not shift out of first and the RPM's just keep climbing untill i hit it into drive, then it shifts in to second. Even when i am in Over drive just driving normal and not really getting all up on the throttle it goes at least a thousand RPMs past redline. i am sure this is probably some common thing a mechanic could take a look at but i am really curious on what ur thoughts r?

Take the Servo out again and see if perhaps the large seal on the Intermediate Servo is torn/missing. If it is this you should also have a big problem with 3rd also but I guess stranger things have happened. If not then drop the VB again and check further.
