t5 transmission stuck
the clutch and fork is working perfectly (fork is moving)(car turned off). When i start the car the clutch does not engange (pedal down) it vibrates a lot. i have to start the car in gear then i cant shift it with the engine running (clutch does not seem to work). when the car is stopped you have to jam it in gear. could this be the synchros. im sorry this is a tough one to explain if you need more info let me know.
Thank you
Paul

The problem is that your clutch is not disengaging properly.
You're not getting enough travel to let the clutch disengage so the tranny can slow down enough to let it go into gear.
Try bleading your hydraulic system some more. That's all I can really think of right now. This is a tough issue that a lot of people post about. Try doing a search and see what some others have done.
I know your master and slave cylinders seem to be working fine, but it's that last little fraction of an inch of travel that your not getting. If there's air in the sytem this is where it will hurt you.

we bleed the **** out of it and still no go the trany power shifts ok we think it is an internal leak in the clutch assembly. i bought it new from gm a week and a half ago so tomorrow i am going to gm to exchange/yell at them till i get my way
i think there is an internal leak letting air in
any other ideas about the clutch it is traveling about half an inch
