Buzzing noise

I've heard that this is sometimes caused by the presure regulator valve. Is this hard to replace and how much will a new one cost me?

If the PR valve is causing the problem, then you will need to grind a land off the Pr valve as in the Trans-Go instuctions in any of their kits. If you have the 1988 & up transmission you could install the Trans-Go Jr. if you are happy with everything else on how the transmission works. This kit will address the PR valve problem along with fixing the TV system on the 700R4.
