Converter Paint Colors

Does teh color of the paint on a the TCC tell what the converter stalls out at? B/C my 91 gta has a almost snot green converter in it. And my 91 formula had a black one in it. It was factory b/c i was the only owner of it. But i was just wondering.

it doesnt really matter, i've also seen diffrent color converters that were all the same stall, easyest way to tell is the size, the stockers will be a 12" 11" is about a 2,500 or so give or take aftermarket and a 10" is 3,000-3,500 or so aftermarket.

The factory GM converters have a 4 digit
letter code that id's the converter.
the second digit id's the stall speed.
