Car: 1987 Z28

Engine: LG-4 305

Transmission: 5-speed

Rear Axle ???

I have located a rear axle out of a 1995-97 f-Body with the 3:42 ration & disc brakes. Will this be a "bolt-in" install or will there be modifications necessary?

Car: 1968 Camaro

Engine: 406

Transmission: Tremec TKO

Axle/Gears: 3.42

I've never done the swap, but you will need a proportioning valve from the same car if you are swapping from rear drums to rear discs.
