IT BROKE!

So what do you guys think it is?
Doing a hole shot at my work A.K.A.(showing off), something made a loud bang then no power at all. The car still runs, I can put it park, neautral, etc. But it won't go. I had the trans rebuilt, but the rear end is stock.
What do you guys think it is?

Re: IT BROKE!

if he broke the rear it would still roll wouldnt it even in park since there's nothing holdin the teeth together like 86 said check to see if the driveshaft spins that'll help narrow it down

Re: IT BROKE!

I jacked the rear of the body up, and set it on jack stands onto the frame connectors. I then turned the tires on both sides in park, reverse, and drive. The driveshaft turns freely no hang ups. I then started it up with it still on the stands and shifted it into reverse and drive. Neither tire moves and the drive shaft does not turn. So I guess i broke my rebuilt trans.
