I have at 1990 Pontiac Firebird Formula 5.0 305 TBI

I upgraded the rear end to a 3.73 Eaton

What transmission should I look for?
or
What car should i look for that has the transmission i need?

I found a stock 700r from a 1992 Camaro Z28, will this work well for my set-up?
