VIBRATION IN DRIVELINE PLEASE HELP

This isn't an f-body but I figured someone here could guess. In my 1995 S-10 SS I have the 4L60E Transmission. in OD and D I am getting some vibrations. U joints are good, it happens only in D and OD and increases when I slow down in either of these gears. Anyone have an idea where to start?

I'd rotate the driveshaft 180deg...just unbolt it from the rear yoke, rotate 180deg, and reinstall per the manual. This has a surprisingly successful history of curing driveline vibes.
