From what Ive read, you need an aftermarket PCM to control it (a computer), and last I read they were available, but prohibitively expensive (like $1200 just for the PCM).

What he said... i think you and can get them a lil cheaper now.. but the money you would spend to get the 4l60 to work you could rebuild and shift kit a 700r.
