first of all , obviously my TH350 has a speedo cable going to/from it.

is there a way to convert it to VSS-like so I can use an electrical speedometer ?

I have a kickdown cable just sitting there , and I would like to hook it up , how do I adjust it ?

at the moment no matter how the brackets move they never "pull" on the cable, but the "eye" at the end is pretty big and I can obviously adjust it , so how do I do it ?

 

You can use a tail housing off a buick, olds or pontiac th 350, they use a 2" speedo sleeve and interchange with th700R4 electic speedos.
Your kickdown cable should be pulled all the way out at full throttle.
