Okay I have a couple of questions. The 3 series 3.73 ring and pinion that SLP makes says it will fit a Vette 84-whenever auto trans only. Will this fit in my housing, 84 3.08. Second question, will the posi carrier unit whatever (i dont know my rears yet ) fit with this combo?

NO VETTES USE DANA REARS YOURS IS A GM CORPORATE 7.5" SECOND 3.08 (AND NUMERICALLY LOWER) IS 2 SERIES

thanks, so what if i get the 3.42 or 3.73 ring and pinion and their zexel posi, will that work? i did find the ring/pinion that was for gm rear.
