Clutch slipping, need help

What can cause a clutch to slip? The reason I'm asking is that I put in a new flywheel (resurfaced once) and a used Centerforce DF with 15k miles and it slips if I try to floor it. What could it be? I put the Centerforce in because the stock replacement was slipping, but this one slips just as much.

Obviously a worn out clutch and or pressure plate can cause slip...since it has 15K it probably has plenty of life left. I'm no expert on trannies but its most likey something in the clutch assembly (t.o bearing, fork, spring, etc) that isn't adjusted right or that doesn't have the correct tolerances for the application. For instance clutch springs that don't have enough tension won't press the pressure plate and the clutch together hard enough, causing slip under heavy load.

Hmm yea, that's what I was thinking. There must be something adjusted wrong or not matched properly.
