Transmission: 700R4/TH400

Axle/Gears: Posi.

Cost of 700R4 tranny housing?

Hello, my name is gary and i have a broken 700R4 not sure what exactly happened i havent torn it apart yet but what i was wonderning is if i should sell it whole or as just the housing and how much it would sell for whole or just the housing? or this is another option just rebuild it?
