Clutch pedal

Wasup guys my clutch pedal on my 85 firebird is super soft it goes down to the floor and it is very hard to switch it into gear.....is there a way were i can adjust it so the pedal can be normal again?? thanks

This may sound stupid but do you have plenty of fluid in the system ? Do you have a leak ? Does the master or slave need replacing . If you are low of fluid fill it up and pump the pedal back and forth between fully up and fully down . Don't go all the way down or up just inbetween and see how that does . Also what are your RPMS when trying to shift ?

Yes...your hydraulics aren't moving the clutch place enough. Fluid level is prob. low...make sure you bleed it well after you add more fluid and check if you have a leak...it's not normal for the fluid level to drop.

My fluid level is good...my transmission mount was bad which caused my tranny to jump up n down everytime i shifted gears and that threw my clutch cable linkage off how can i adjust that???

fluid level on a cable/linkage setup?

There is no clutch pedal adjustments

your gonna need to check n replace hydrolic parts

It sounds to me like you meen that the clutch fork came off the ball stud . You may need to pull the trans and maybe the bellhousing to put it back on the ball stud .
