Engine: 5.7 goodwrench edelbrock everything
Transmission: t-5 stage 2 clutch
Axle/Gears: 3.27 posi
brake caliper help

will front brake calipers from an 86 trans am fit a 82 trans am

was asking because i had already changed the rear end and the brake line fitting was different and i have the whole 86 trans am parts car here and was thinking id just change over the whole brake system on my 82 trans am

According to RockAuto and Napa, the same front calipers are used 82-92. That said, there are line issues as you've experienced. And I doubt that the 86 combination valve will be a bolt on since it'll be metric. In the long run, swapping the 86 system in might be a good choice, especially since you have a donor car.
