1 piece and 2 piece rear seal flywheels
1 piece and 2 piece rear seal flywheels
Does anyone know. Is the clutch bolt pattern the same for the 2 flywheels? I bought a hayes 10-630 flywheel (11" clutch) but when I search for a 3rd gen Camaro no 11" clutch shows up.
Also anyone have a reccomendation for a good street clutch to handle 450ftbs Tq. 425hp?
Thanks

the only specific clutch for a 3rd gen will be for a 153 tooth flywheel, 10.5 disc. AFAIK, its the only flywheel that will fit in the bellhousing

Re: 1 piece and 2 piece rear seal flywheels
hi, i have a 350 in my 85 camaro and it's a pre-1985 engine so it's a 2 piece rear seal...i got a 14' flywheel with 168 teeth with the 2 hole bolt patterns to bolt the 10,5 standard clutch the T5 comes with...but i got a larger bellhousing (lakewood) to be able to fit the larger flywheel...
