Can a clutch master be bad without visibly leaking?
Welp, I started getting some grinding with a fast shift in second. And I knew that my slave was already leaking, so I replaced it, figuring that was the problem. But didn't help. I'm confident all the air is out of it and the line, and the pedel feels good. Anyway the master could be going/gone bad without leaking? Cause I don't see anything coming out of it. I'm kinda hoping it is that, cause I'm trying to rule out the cheaper/easier things before thinking a bad synchro. Oh, by the way, it's a T56 with T56 hydraulics.

If your master was acting up you would get peddle slippage and so on
Sorry I can't add to it

But you could replace your master if you don't mind throwing $ after some cheap tracing before you pull the Trans
