Replacing transmission...got a couple questions
I am looking into replacing the torque converter too since it has high mileage and I'm not certain of it's condition. So, what is the factory stall speed and should I choose a different stall speed? What exactly is lockup? also let me know of anything else

Factory Speed? Dont know really, 1200-1500???
Should you run a stall? IMHO, no
What is lockup? Short version: where the trans locks the converter internals to where they are spinning the same rpm as the converter shell (engine). Allows cruise rpms to drop thus increasing mpg.
IMO, get a stock replacement converter with lock-up. That is if the only thing you have done to your car is what is in your sig.
And I really wouldnt replace it unless you are rebuilding the transmission. Just not needed as long as you dont have any problems with it.
