th-350 query

does anyone know what goes in the hole on the passenger side of a th-350 infront of the fill tube? When I try to start my car ,fluid pumps out.Thanks. My other issue was that the retainer bracket was missing on the modulator.

Re: th-350 query

In front of the fill tube is a port for checking 2-3 line pressure. It should be plugged. Just to clarify... when a plug is in there, it will face sideways, not up or down. In front of the pressure port is where you install the kickdown cable, and there is a bolt hole for it's bracket.
