OVERDRIVE PROBLEM

HI EVERYBODY I HAVE AN IROC 88 WITH A 700R4 TRANSMISSION AND NOTICED THAT THE OVERDRIVE IS NOT SHIFTING, I CHANGE THE ECM FROM A 5.0 AND MINE IS 5.7 I DONT KNOW IF THAT MIGHT BE THE CAUSE FOR THE TRANSMISSION NOT WORK PROPERLY OR IF SOMETHING IS STUCK. I CHECKED THE TV CABLE AND ITS FINE PLEASE ADVISE ME
