Dakota Digital SGI-5 and T56

I recently installed a T56 and a set of 3.73's behind the L05 in my car. I've got the Dakota Digital SGI-5 wired in and the speedometer works but the speed is off. I have switches 1,2 and 4 off, 3 is on. If I turn 4 on, the speedometer reads wayy too high. I e-mailed Dakota Digital to ask them but I was wondering if anyone here had problems with the fine adjustment working.

When I push and hold the up or down button, nothing happens. It should increase/decrease my speed, correct?

if you have it wired right, the up and down buttons will work for the fine adjustment. I dont remember if you push and hold, or just push them a lot of times. I think you have to push them a bunch of times to get them to change things, dont hold them in.
