OK, im getting all the stuff together to do a cheap (yet hopefully effective) motor swap in my 85 Camaro. my problem comes in with my trans... im trying to figure out if it has a 27 or a 30 spline input shaft. i have no place of my own to work on it or i would just pull it ant then order my parts to rebuild it. but i will be limited on time when i get ready to knock it all out. so if any one would know what they used in 85 or could tell me how to find out what it was while laying in my dirt - mud drive way i would be very grateful. thanks again.

well if the tranny is an 85, it should be 30 spline, i believe.

Not sure enough to bet on it, but all the data i've read points that way.
