Vibration under seat in middle of the car pulling back and forth feeling

Always around 1500rpm at any speed and any gear I have this vibration and jerking back and forth motion under the seat area.

Take a peek at the trans mount.

Other people suggested u joints also but that would be more of a clunk right.

Check the panard bar my top bolt is loose and it causes a vibration and Back and forth kinda movement.
