TRANSMISSON(84 CAMARO 86 K-5 BLAZER ENGINE) NOOB QUESTION
I HAVE A NOOB QUESTION NOT SO MUCH OF A NOOB QUESTION BUT JUST CURIOUS I WANNA REBUILT MY TRANNY ITS A I BELIEVE 350 TURBO THE ENGINE IS A 350 SMALL BLOCK OUTTA A 86 CHEVY K-5 BLAZER IM GOING TO B ATTEMPTING TO PUT THE TRANNY TODAY BUT PROLLY WONT GET IT DONE TIL LIKE MONDAY OR TUESDAY AND I TRYNNA SAVE MONEY BY PULLING IT AND BUYING A REBUILD KIT AND DO THE JOB MYSELF I WANNA KNOW HOW HARD IS THE REBULID TASK IS IT SOMETHING I CAN DO WHAT DO I ALL NEED AND STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS WOULD HELP ALOT
IM NOT A NOOB MECH I HAVE A NOVICE EXPERINCE WITH WORKING ON CARS NOT EXPERT I HAVE SOME TOOLS NO AIR GUNS DUE SO PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS WITHOUT TRANNY JACKSTANDS IMPACT JACK ETC LOL

you can pull the trans no problem. works better with a buddy, but you can do remove it yourself no problem. rebuilding an automatic transmission is a lot of work with a lot of special tools required. take it to a transmission shop after you remove it from your car if you want to save money.
