t5 1st pops out hard to downshift into 2nd. help!!!!

Engine: 355 vortec heads, 750dp, xe268
Transmission: 700r4 kitted
Axle/Gears: 3.23 posi 10 bolt
t5 1st pops out hard to downshift into 2nd. help!!!!
i have an 86 v8 t5 and from a dead stop 1st pops out, from 3rd its hard to downshift into 2nd everything else is great. any help or suggestions would be great.please help!!
