rear end swap
I'm getting ready to swap out my stock 10 bolt open rear end w/drums from my 86 Camaro. I am replacing it with a 10 bolt posi w/3.73 gears and disc brakes. I am told that there is a piece in the master cylinder that needs to be removed. Anyone know? And how about my stock e-brake cables. Will they work, or should I get the cables to?

get the cables too.
you need to swap the proportioning valve, its the block under the brake master cylinder that all the brake lines run in and out off. they are different for drum/disc and disc/disc cars, they are a couple different disc/disc ones for that matter as well.
