Hello, I just picked up a 1992 z28 with a automatic 305. I do not know what tranny this car has, was told different transmissions by different people, I am confident it is stock however. The car upshifts early and then runs at such a low rpm it seems like a gutless wonder. Is something misadjusted or needing replaced? Any help is appreciated, and yes i did search first before posting! thanks!

 

here is a pic of the adjustment button. push it in and push the toothed piece all the way back in. then get in the car and floor it a couple a times engine off. you will here some clicking. then go drive it and it should be set. if it is stock it is a 700r4
