I have a 1987 Camaro Sport Coupe and i want to drain and fill the differential. Its a 10 bolt but they make two different size gaskets. It only has a 2.8L so im thinking its the smaller size. Anyone know?
They're the same size gaskets for the 10 bolt whether it has two or three series innards, or whether it's referred to as a 7.5 or 7 5/8. The only other option was the nine bolt rear end. Just count the holes in the gasket before you leave the store.
thanks for the help

The cover gaskets for ALL rear ends are completely universal. They are all the "tubular style" now.

What good would adding a piece of paper in there do?
