Are all torque arms in third gens identical?

Can anyone tell me if there are differences in third gen torque arms? I went to purchase an energy suspension torque arm bushing and they show two different ones, one facing one way and another facing the opposite way? Thanx!

The arm itself is the same. The mount on the transmission is different between the manual and automatics.

Not entirely correct.

There are two styles, one has the "lips" facing inward, the other has 'em facing out. When ordering the bushing, you have to be aware of which one you have.

Any of the styles will interchange, but the bushing is different.
