Hey guys im new at this. I have a 1991 Z28 camaro with a 350 in it. Love it buts its been alot of work. I recently got a rebuilt tranny from a transmission shop where i live. When the car is cold it shifts kinda hard but when its warmed up it doesnt shift as hard. is this normal? and my second problem is when ive been cruising around town or have gone on some errands when im parking and shift it into reverse the engines rpms go from like 600 to 200 then the engine just shuts off. It does the same thing when i shift it back into drive too. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys

First thing....level the car, start the engine..let it get warm and check the fluid level. You might have too much fluid in it.

 

also check the SNS, when im driving my car if it will just shut off by its self, then i have to lift my center console plate and wiggle my SNS and turn my key for it to start, you prolly just need to adjust it like me.
