I have a "road noise" that gets pretty loud as soon as I hit 70MPH. Kinda sounds like driving a truck with knobby tires. I can feel the high frequency vibration in the floorboard. It sounds like it comes from the front.

I just put on new tires so that's not the issue.
Just had an alignment so that's not it.
I blocked up the rear and went 80MPH and it didnt make the noise so I'm ruling out the driveshaft.

What else should I check, wheel bearings?

if it bearings it will sound like a low pitch throbbing noise and if you jack up the front end (tires off ground) and wiggle the tire you will feel an excessive amount of play or wiggle.

Check your wheel bearings. Bad universal joints will make noise and couse vibrations too.
