Which flywheel?

Axle/Gears: 4:11
Which flywheel?
I need a new flywheel. Have no clue which ones are good and cheap. Here's the quick info.
-500hp 383 internal balanced 1 piece rear main seal
-Using the starter that came out of the 96 tahoe 5.7 vortec
-bolting a 700r4 non lockup 3k stall
Not sure if the truck had a 168 tooth or 153. I didnt want to buy a new starter. any help will be appreciated
