TCI Streetfighter 700R4 Incorrect Shift

Hello Everyone,

I drive my car for the first time with the new engine and transmission. All went well, except for the transmission shifts too early. I am using a brand new TV cable and adjusted it per factory directions. It is doing better but it making my car feel like slow piece of junk.

Can anyone provide any insight into how I can better adjust it?

I pressed the button and pushed the plunger back towards the transmission. I then got into the car and pressed the accelerator to wide open throttle.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Josh

I would call TCI and see what they recommend. While you're not supposed to use the TV cable to adjust your shift points, try moving it in a couple of clicks and see if that helps.
