Hello, I was just looking for advice on what transmission to put in my project. I have a 1989 camaro IROCZ that I swapped in a 383 stroker dyno'd at around 440 horses and 460 torque. I pulled out a 305, so I know it won't handle the t5 in it. (And yes, I will upgrade the rest of the drivetrain and suspension). I have been looking on here for a while and see that the popular swap is the t56, which I'm not sure if it can handle what I'm going to put into it. Another option I saw was the richmond ROD, which is a direct replacement 6-speed upgrade, but its only rated to 425. Another option I saw was the tko 500 or 600, but not sure how much work it would be to throw those in.
Any opinions or tech info is much appreciated. Any other options, preferably cheaper would be nice too.

Thanks
